Traffic Unit

The Traffic Unit's function is to increase the safety of pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorist over the roadways of the Town of Andover.

Records Division

The Records Division of the Andover Police Department is located on the main level of the Public Safety Center. This division is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and can be reached at 978-475-0411. Records is supervised by Michael Kirk.

Parking Enforcement

The Parking Enforcement Division consists of David Cantone and Paula Marron.   Any disputes regarding parking tickets issued should be addressed to the Parking Hearings Officer located at the Town Offices in the Treasurer's Office.


Training Sergeant Charles Edgerly is responsible for scheduling all departmental training. Many inter-agency training classes are now being held in the training room in the Public Safety Center.
